Applications

Our company produces lithium tetraborate and Lithium Metaborate fluxes, using high-purity raw materials and a unique blending synthesis technology to prepare them into glass beads and crystalline granules. These products boast uniform particles, high purity (99.9%), lack of contamination, ease of use, and excellent performance (no need for calcination). They offer enhanced analytical accuracy and effectively prolong the lifespan of platinum crucibles and melting devices. Widely used in instrumental analysis (XRF, ICP, AAS) and wet chemical analysis, these fluxes meet the requirements of various standards such as ISO 12677, GB/T 14506.31, GB/T 21114, GB/T 29513, and YB/T 4780. Our current inventory includes lithium tetraborate (Li2B4O7) and Lithium Metaborate(LiBO2) mixed fluxes (66.7% Li2B4O7 + 33.3% LiBO2, 50% Li2B4O7 + 50% LiBO2, 12:22 = Li2B4O7: LiBO2).

Advantage

  1. The glass bead and crystalline granule forms are pre-melted and dense fluxes, with a density of approximately 0.9-1.4g/cm3. During usage, precautions must be taken as heating of the reagents may produce gas or cause splattering during crucible agitation, leading to potential loss.
  2. Two forms are available for selection: Glass beads, due to their superior flowability, are suitable for use in automated weighing processes, while crystalline granules, with their less fluid characteristics, are more conducive to manual weighing.
  3. The smaller particle size of crystalline granules allows for better precision in weighing, thus providing enhanced analytical accuracy.
  4. High purity and uniform distribution help prevent sample crystallization and cracking, reducing the likelihood of glass sticking to platinum crucibles.
  5. Detailed Product Quality Analysis Reports (COAs) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are provided for all products.
